Man, I just got back into the gym after not going for several months and I overexerted myself and drinking water so much that I ended up throwing up. But I wasn't going to leave the gym being a loser, I finished the routine with this in a loop. Thanks dude!
If you haven’t gotten them yet, I suggest the jlabs, they’re like $30. But listening to music before a workout and then trying to remember the songs and feeling of them before you actually workout bc you don’t have headphones sounds metal as hell lol
