My experience with leadership has taught me that you get more out of others being kind rather than overbearing. People are more likely to comply when asked rather than commanded. They're willing to do more for you if they admire you rather than hate you. I can be forceful, but making a practice of it only makes others resentful. They are more convinced to follow someone that demonstrates they know what they're doing than someone which merely claims that they do simply because seeing is believing. I save being a sonofabitch for those who challenge me rather than for those who go with the flow. I'm fully aware that people dig seeing me all switched on; but there's just no point in doing that unnecessarily because then it's just a waste of energy. I'd much rather show somebody where the door is rather than try to force them through it because that's what has always worked best for me. More gets done if everybody is on the same page so generating dissenters with a narc attitude usually proves to be counter-productive. People accomplish much more if it's something they're on board with rather than something they don't think is right. That's just human nature, and fully understanding it is the key to having a winning team. It's pretty obvious when participants show an eagerness to be on your team rather than the next guys and they get better results working with you. That's what builds loyalty, trust, and confidence, not being an overbearing oaf hell bent on micro-managing everybody to do their will whether they fully understand the objective or not.

Yes it resonates. I've always been assertive and sort of sassy naturally. And since 2022 started to embody this feminine energy that would attract toxic men. I do hate confrontation as sometimes it doesn't bring me anything really. I don't want to give my energy to people I barely know, care about and will never see again so I just make it as if the person doesn't exist. Accurate to quite an extent. Instead of trying to please everyone, I generally try to avoid hurting anyone unnecessarily. The tendency could have got exacerbated after birth of my daughter. She would panic if I got too assertive and aggressive with my wife. So I would just accept all nonsense without reacting. But now that she has grown up I don't hold back beyond a point. At office, the situation is slightly different, and the situation that you said happened today itself. Everyone assumed that I was too docile and non reactive to get anything done but today the seniormost guy got scared when he encountered the assertive side. Of course I pacified him subsequently. But my general approach is to encourage everyone to speak up. But, I am afraid if I get too assertive everyone will get scared, and that won't be good for the office.

I only feel in my rightful place when I am in charge and taking action in accordance with my own sense of what is right and, when it comes to personal decisions, what I desire. When I do, people seem drawn to me, and those who tend to have a problem with it are usually negatively-minded. However, despite being a man, I did get pushed into an unhealthy femininity at an early age out of a sense of survival, and I hate taking space, speaking up, or even just picking up on the energetic shift of a person I've displeased (or even slightly inconvenienced). I don't think that I can simply speak my mind for a day, as I have issues with communication that go far beyond simply holding back, but I will try to be more mindful of when doing so stems from trauma instead of wisdom.

I was born as a girl (and looked a bit like you ^^), acted as a child as a boy, like I felt myself but then I tried to addapt myself to my physical, female body because of very dominant parents and lost my male energy. With 21 years I hcanged my body from female to male but I still were in the female energy. Now I tried to step more into my masculine power but like you said: It felt so strange and uncomfortable. Yeh i need to balance out my energy i woke up early around 8am and few hours later i started panicking about my twin it felt like i was plugged into a socket like i had this overwhelming energy that i had to do something anything to help it felt like you know when you loose your keys and your in a rush to leave and your getting mad becuase you cant find them it felt like that times 100 but it was all in my solar plexus then about 1pm it just suddenly vanished, like when you get a shower and it takes a few minutes to graduallly calm down it was a busy morning for me but the energy was just so intense i dont know if it was me picking up her energy or she was picking up mine or it was a weird tf force but it was way more intense then usual i wish i could talk to my twin so i could ask her for confirmation it would be awesome to know she felt it too 🤟
