I have been exhausted and I can't sleep!!!!!! This is crazy, I'll be ready to go to bed then I can't sleep for anything!

I have been so beaten down, so burnt out tired. Not lazy, just burnt out from being in survival mode for 15 years. Things are moving too slow it feels. It is always like you are speaking directly to me. I know I am meant for to do something meaningful and help people heal. I do not sleep leading up to or during the new moon or full moon. My Dauther and I bought a car. We got screwed over big time. Paying for a car that does not run now. I really do not fit in anywhere, never have, I do not know how to be anything but me.

Yes, having insomnia, feeling exhausted. Feeling others energy, telepathically. No words just connecting, feeling someone and I know the energy. Also feeling uplifted and happier, or very sad- flip-flopping moods, like crazy.

Oh my goodness insomnia. It started back in September ‘23. 🙄😩🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️😳🤯🤔 Slept mainly in the day. Then I would get a good 12 hrs + in one go. Actual remember my dreams. I envision I was swimming laps in my pool in my own home. On rural property. I used to get frustrated because like most people we have responsibilities during the daytime. I thought I “needed” to sleep. But I then lent into the energies and realised. I wasn’t even tired. I would get a lot of work done. Clear daytime schedule where I can and sleep when I needed to whenever my body required it. Not so frustrating. But I do miss my night time slumber on a regular basis. Blessings to all. 🙌🏼🙏🏼✨💜

I’ve also been working for so damn long on trying to heal past trauma that has created anxiety, depression, PTSD & psychogenic seizures, so having insomnia on top of all of that has been ROUGH. Feel after mid May must give this info out. Went to Glastonbury Tor with my Sister and it had rained, thunder with lightning and just made it more magical. Coming down a lady moved aside so we could pass, I have NEVER felt such amazing energy from her. When i looked towards her, she had a hat on with amazing eyes and smile. I just wanted to hug her and when got to the bottom asked my Sis if she had seen this lady. I did have insomnia for 3 days then on the 4th day I decided to embrace the parts of myself that aren’t so great. I repeated the affirmation “I love you” when thinking about aspects of myself that aren’t so great. Have been sleeping like a log since.

Thank you for this message. I have lived frozen from trauma from my childhood and have muscled my way forward thru depression & ADD with therapy and medication for decades. I raised my children, buried my parents and taught for 36 years. But the burden of the terror and sorrow is so heavy. You described it totally. I am definitely suffering from insomnia. I'm dealing with several incurable bone diseases and autoimmune conditions. But I refuse to let them take my joy. However, it does make it difficult to get a good night's sleep from the literal physical pain from all my spinal damage and nerve trauma. Always make it to the end ofyour videos. Dear Deb. Speaking of negative thoughts and fear-induced beliefs, I have a suggestion. When something like that drifts into my mind, I stop what I'm doing and speak one word aloud. That word is DELETE! And the negative thought disappears. Try it!

I had to take a break from spiritual learning last month. Life got a bit busy and I didn’t really know if I was on the right track. DNOTS of 7+ years and fought every step of the way. Hi Deborah. Thankyou for the reading. Stayed as always. Definitely having sleep problems, especially over the past few weeks. I am not entirely happy with the reading as I have been doing so much work on healing over the last 6 months, especially the trauma from my past. I am in such a good place in terms of how I have dealt with the trauma blockages that it is no longer an issue for me, mentally and spiritually. I have had plenty plenty to deal with from being stabbed 5 times to surviving a farm attack where myself and my family were held up at gun point, shot at and tied up for over 5 hours while our house was ransacked and then everything before, during and after these incidents. My life has been one filled with traumatic events and toxic energies. I have worked through them all and released all the negative energy. At a loss as to the way forward from here. My path ahead is divinely orchestrated, I believe and trust in this. The slow moving energy is a rabbit hole for me. Blessings of love and light.

I had about 2 months of insomnia....April, May, and even into June. I often didn't fall asleep until the sun was coming up. I had read that often happens during a spiritual awakening and I believe it. Now lately, I've been tired and even napping a couple hours in the day...going to bed much earlier and awakening around 8 am. Much better.

I wake up two to three times a night so I talk to my angels and the Universe. I've been on my path for a long time and this last year big time. I try to vision all that I want but get distracted . You help a lot to bring out all that I need to hear !!!

Paused to tell you that you saved me from black magic energetic attack in my dreams the other night by tapping my shoulder and being silly randomly in an american walmart....lol it canceled all the negative energies they tried to leech off of me with in my dream and i laughed so hard i woke up. Have also been struggling with sleep! I go through periods of getting it under control and managing to sleep a few hours, but always awake by 3.30. It's crazy. The Get Sleepy channel on RU-vid has been a lifesaver as the stories distract my looping thoughts and I drift off. However the last few weeks it has not worked. Made me panic a bit, but am telling myself it will pass. Don't fixate on it. Allow it, and try to be productive in those wakeful hours.

Yes! Extreme insomnia, it’s dreadful! My mind won’t shut off

I love my spiritual journey. Its the hardest and toughest path to follow, but it's worth it. And deep. I can read other people's energy's, and that can be confusing, as lots of times people say things that doenst match their energy. Doesn't make me not like them. But they can't be in my life draining me. Just wished they respected and understood themselves more, so they don't have to drain others. I had to do the same. Not understanding why people were hurting me, was me not understanding why I kept hurting myself. I missed the compassion for myself. I never had that compassion from other people in the past. Traumatised but no compassion as nobody understood, as i never talked about it. It was always afterwards; youve been through all that? Yes, on my own.. the wounded warrior.. trying to find compassion for others so i dont have to walk around hating on people. I'm able to have compassion for my "enemy's" as I tried to understand why they do what they do.. knowing it are all lessons. My mars in scorpio is a blessing as i dont forget, and know their karma later and be patient about it. EQ is really high, I'm really sensitive, and had to learn to have compassion for myself more. Always wanted to help people, but first I needed boundaries for myself. I love releasing and changing my mindset. It's almost a hobby, as it's one of the most beautiful things to do. Miracles happen when you do. Still we get triggered in life and we can still learn more from it. It's okay to not feel good at times as there's more to learn from it, as we become wiser and look from a different point of vieuw, we also look different at our past, and just embrace the lows of life too, like you said, to go back to those moments again with another view. Healing never ends. As long we get triggered, we can learn. But at the same time we live now, and being present and enjoy the moment of now, is so important, as the past is only there to learn, and not to carry over in our future.
