I’m a Black Land Owner and Farmer of 170 acres. Growing organic produce, being in Nature and playing in the soil is my meditation . I might say 20 words in a day most times. Divinely guided Farmer ❤️🧘🏽‍♂️❤️

I meditate regularly esp when falling asleep. I also love listening to meditation music and sounds when falling asleep. It's really the best sleep I've been having since I started

Weight lifting has been an incredible tool, for myself, to meditate everyday. At night the sound of the waves crashing help me focus and sleep. YES! We need a Ori video PLEASE!!!

Yes! notification gang!🙏🏾🤞🏾😍💕🔥I feel like I meditate well with prayer and surprisingly my pendulum, going to the ocean at night especially when a thunderstorm is about to roll in (any water setting rly, im extremelyattracted to water)🌊💧...slow exercise with music...I would like to try to meditate better using herbs (🍵 teas) and such. But I'm always open for new ways, one of which to control my breathing as well, I've been told numerous times it plays it BIG part in meditating and developing spiritual connection🥰🤞🏾

I am new to the channel, for years I have heard many things but I was afraid as a non believer. Not until I came across your channel have I not been fearful, still nervous and am learning slowly. I watched the spiritual bath video I wanted to try it as it was simple but every time I go to get the ingredients they never have everything I need, so far I have purchased the Florida water. I got nervous when I couldn’t find the ingredients and wondered if it was a sign I shouldn’t do it, I don’t know. But I am still drawn to your channel as I have subscribed ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Loving the look. Beautiful. I love multiple forms of meditation. Moving meditation for health and wellness. However, if I need to focus on something specific, I like to be still and focus- despite my environment. Ugh...the shower has been my place😂😂😂. Very active and very vibrant.
