The Sufferer had so many weird, yet precious relationships. Trolls aren't supposed to have parents, just their luxus, but he had a loving mother (genetic or not). Troll romance always fits in the grid and usually a troll has more than one partner, but he had one partner and their love completely transcended the grid. It comforts my heart that even though he had to go through so much pain, there was much love in his life as well. He was never alone.

As you watched this soul-shattering video, you realized how much the Dolorosa loved being the Sufferer's guardian. His cherished mother. As the cherished art played on, you could see how the Dolorosa felt the need to raise him and call him her own, protecting his dreams and preserving all hope. She nurtured him, cared for him. Loved him like a real mother would. Your feels shattered entirely, sobbing as your heart suffered the angst and agony. How this RU-vid creation could do such a thing.

I can't even begin to describe how much I love this song, and how much it fits this scenario, it's almost to much for me, it's so beautiful. You did an amazing job and you should make more, this is so beautiful it's not even funny. I nearly began to sob when I watched this the song is so perfect and it sheds a whole new light to my eyes. Dolorosa is one of my favorite ansestors, this is PERFECT words don't even describe.

Oh gog. If only signless and Dolorosa and the others could have just caught a glimpse of their decendants' destinies. They would have known that it was all not for nothing. I think Hussie did an astounding job with the story of the ancestors. It's another sign that homestuck's storyline goes way way deeper than what it seems like in act one....
