Jermaine Jackson was once jealous but he still loved his brother and was happy for him. Siblings sometimes get jealous of other siblings for different reasons it doesnt mean they dont love each other. Im sure there were times when solange was jealous of Beyonce success but it doesnt mean she dont love her sister. Its a sibling thing at times.

I wish Michael hadn't had surgery, you can tell his family had good genes, high cheekbones, nice eyebrows, beautiful lips, etc. And I feel like he would have looked so much more attractive with his natural beauty even in his older age since he maintained such a good physique all his life. Body dysmorphia is a very real thing and unfortunately Michael dealt with it by going under the knife several times which ultimately imo destroyed his appearance, but that's not to say that his beauty from the inside wasn't there, because he always had that and it stayed the same all his life.

Truth!! Most people here haven't read the book, but I had to read it for an assignment and hated reading it so much! His father was so abusive and scary and to hear how Jermaine was downplaying all of that disgusted me so much.
They were all conditioned to be the fathers punching bag. Their father had a problem mentally this is obvious , he was abusive because of it. Just look at him demanding his kids to call him by his first name. They weren't anything to him but money a commodity and property. I was never a fan of Michael, but looking for music, about 6 months ago, I met his life, and met a great human being. I'm a year younger than him, I saw him sometimes on TV in Jackson 5, when he and I were children, and I remember thinking that he looked like a good boy with whom he could invite to play.
Ever since I was a kid, Michael Jackson was one of the first artists I listened too. To hear how his childhood's f*cked up is makes me tear up as I'm also experiencing emotional trauma, because of this I betrayed my therapist and I regret it and I believe it's my fault for making my family harsh at me/my siblings. Hearing how the cases of sexual abuse were fake causes me physical pain because He never deserved to feel hated or unwanted, the fact that people have the audacity to accuse someone who inspired me to be happier of sexual abuse but they don't give a crap about bringing justice to those who are actually sexually abused is disgusting.

Regardless of anything Michael Jackson did or didn't do in his private life...I absolutely understand that he and his siblings were very damaged by their monster of a father. And having been abused by my family as well (it was mostly verbal and emotional; I didn't get "whoopings," really, just occasional spankings), I understand what kind of damage that can cause. I wish the surviving Jackson siblings peace.
I read Jermaine's book and it is certainly worth buying. If you want to read about Michael, get his body guards book or Taraborelli. Funny that Michael called many other people but he didn't want to talk to his brother and other people in his family.

Did you notice, what he sang during the funeral: absolutly nonsens...the words of the song were reversed to the original... as a message that michael is still alive ....And nobody recognized it... or all of the family knew it...
