You are not broken, the primary driver of the anxiety cycle is fear of fear. 

This is what I am going through right now, I have fear of the fear that caused me being trapped again in the fear cycle . Thats why any thought that caused me a little bit of fear represents more fear . Is not even the thought or the believes. If the thought caused me a little bit of fear represents a risk and more fear of getting stock again. Really helpful video as always.
