@@andymodeller965 ask yourself a question would they do it if they were not getting monetised by RU-vid?. 99% of them are sad little individuals that look for trouble. You reckon they are comedy gold but the trouble is all the government are going to do is change the drone rules so much that the actual honest drone flyer like me won’t be able to enjoy their hobby. Then the Muppets that that you hold in such high regard will just move onto the next Fad
Their website says "WINDMILL HILL BUSINESS PARK BOASTS THE BEST VIEWS AND PHOTOGENIC SURROUNDINGS" - which you're not allowed to take photos of? How ridiculous.
They believe the propaganda they are fed during their security training that says anyone with a camera is a terrorist or criminal. They don't understand marketing at all.
I think those jobsworths have made the decision themselves about someone taking pictures. The business park itself is projecting itself as a nice place in a good environment. Photos galore on their website and they are encouraging loads of businesses that provide public services. The attitude from the two staff doesn't seem to marry up with that.
Once again 'full marks' for your persistence! And as for being escorted off the grounds, that was clearly the guys 'ego' coming to the fore! Respect PA!😊
Historically a painter would have to spend ages and take up a lot more space to do what we do with cameras. And no one in the history of humanity said "NOT ALLOWED, NO PAINTING!"
@@MrAndrewFarrow in that situation they aren’t as he said he would leave and was passing through. They were just trying to force him off using force because he wanted to film and that could be assault. You can only use force if someone is refusing to leave. They were committing a public order act by swearing and shouting at him. Now that is a crime. If we are being picky.
@@countrycoastlife they don’t need a reason to remove him. But you’re right, if he is leaving then use of force to do anything else, such as stopping filming, is assault. It’s an unusual part of law. Most things are legal or illegal. Trespass is unusual.
Brilliant again. Interesting drone footage. When he was trying to call you like a dog and you just keep calm and polite, priceless. Her head nearly imploded.
"Stop being childish" says the woman practically stamping her feet like a spoilt kid. Do you know the best thing to come out of Swindon?- the road out.😂
Aggressive bullies, I'm so glad you stood up to them. We recently visited Bibury near Cirencester, a pretty village which has a nearby Wildfowl Reserve . There are plenty of notices stating "NO DRONES". I don't have a drone, but checked Drone Assist and found no restrictions whatsoever!
You might actually get in trouble with the law for disturbing nesting birds there. Afaik, there's no law specifically about flying drones near birds, but it is covered by existing bird protections. Also, the mother seagulls might just smash your drone out of the sky anyway.
It's no drones because of the Wildlife Reserve, I think. Birds are spooked by them, especially at nesting time. I've never seen the drone assist map, I'm gonna give it a look. Interesting to find out if restrictions apply to coastal nesting sites. The sea birds on cliffs wouldn't like a drone.
Yes I'm pretty sure u can't be flying drones in a nature reserve, the clues in the name. Some of these birds come from across the other side of the world to nest and it's the one opportunity , mess it up and it can affect the whole eco system. Theres a bird sanctuary in snettisham with visiting birds , there's lots of those porta cabin type things u can go inside and take pictures til Ur heart's content but it's obvious why u wouldn't be able to fly a drone.
They think they are talking to their grandchild! What authority do they have to tell you what to do in in a public space? So bleeding what if it's private property? Karen is breathtakingly ignorant.
It means EVERYTHING if it’s private land and they are agents of the landowner. You don’t have THE RIGHT to video. That said, it’s not illegal. Their only recourse is reasonable force.
@@7king8debs79 ALL space is private and they don't get to dictate the law when it comes to airspace and drones or to a member of the public standing in a public place. End of. Family or friend?
@@petelovesbevsills they do get to dictate landing and take off of a drone if it’s on their premises that is the law. You are correct they don’t control the airspace, but he took off from their property. They are quite than their rights to say you cannot takeoff and land from our premises
A huge nature area with historic buildings, this would be covered by many accessibility rules including the right to roam. Who do these people think they are?
English law around this is odd. Cases seem to have been decided more on public policy lines than the law sometimes. However if this is publibly accessible, but pivately owned land, then the landowners can restrict what actions can take place here. You could not, for example, take over the land to hold a wedding! However the restrictions do have to be consistently applied, i suspect its been photographed before.
@nigelfarley814 what? What point are you cak handedly trying to make? I bet you like Flora margarine. I bet your aunt visited Torquay once. I bet you watch Eastenders without the lights on.
More bullies. Once again your patience and good manners stand up against these interfering, ignorant and bossy people. Glad you got your pictures. They've got a photo gallery on their website, so the "not allowed under any cicumstances" is a bit of a joke. JOBSWORTHS!
Hiya Mr P, you seem to be coming up some really obnoxious people lately, but as always you handle the situation perfectly-Brilliant! Love your videos. Take care 👍😊❤️
Bloody fantastic PA!!! Absolutely love it…who the hell are these buffoons telling members of public what they can and can’t do. Complete idiocy…not a clue. Thanks for standing up for our rights…PINAC👍👍👍👍
If you don't want to be photographed, don't be on a site with a windmill. That's absurd. Also putting up signs saying private but the roads are all public. Not to mention the social media photos for over 5 years of the windmill.
After a few seconds of interaction their problem is nothing to do with taking photographs because what harm can it do it just becomes about them demanding you do as they say. 🤷❤️🇬🇧
Well done , Pure. Really enjoyed seeing that windmill and scaffold tower. Thanks for not letting the 'anti-photography killjoys' stop us from seeing interesting and beautiful things.
I'm VERY surprised to see lots of drone footage of that windmill on RU-vid because Gobby and Dipshit were ADAMANT you were "NOT FILMING ANYTHING!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Wow. Those few words have just taken me back to my late teens and girlfriends and motorcycles and lots lots more. Thank you and thank you Noel Harrison RIP.
I felt like I had been caught stealing apples 🍎 by the farmer and his rather rough "handy man" in the orchard, with a bag full of apples, a pleasant glow after bedding the farmer's daughter, grass stained trousers, a crossbar, a police scanner and a still warm pie freshly "liberated" from the kitchen window...😂 It was at that moment Pure Audits knew he'd fu.. Gotten back on his bike and rapidly "done one" !! What HORRIBLE Sh1ts those two were...can you imagine being confronted by those two if you were a child just out on a bike ride ?! Best quote...like a phrase freshly ringing around a Step Father's head "You're NOT my DAD !!" 😂 I honestly thought 🤔 pops was going "hands on" at that moment... definitely time to GO !!
At 4.44 she was getting her mad up wasn't she? I'm going to give you a new name, The Fisherman, because you are so good at reeling them in! Smashing video chuck.
Blimey mate . You’ll be on the Tour de France next year at that rate. I could just imagine that pair running after you then running out of breath and admitting defeat as they didn’t show up.😂
@@markhamilton9834 Being a Welsh Valley Boy, I can confirm that your average Welshie is as mad as a box of chocolate frogs and do not even get me started on our women.
I'm loving your content at the moment. Your mild manner seems to bring out the worst in others ! Keep up the great work. P.s the old windmills weren't used to power areas but mostly used to pound the grain to make flour for villages.
Persistence afainst ignorance, this video is even more special with the history of the windmill, someone needs to teach them that a photograph does not damage anything, im tempted to go and film it nyself
There is a sign at the entrance that says "Film crews and photographers are forbidden without permission of the Management". The use of the words film crew implies commercial or movie making. Not individuals carrying out a hobby. It's also stupid and unreasonable considering they make a statement on their website that the site has lots of photogenic viewing spots and has the windmill.
Thanks for the quick tour and opportunity to learn about the windmill. They 🤡sure generate hot air and great video content. 👍⭐⭐⭐ The windmill was constructed in 1820s in Chiseldon (~4 miles southeast) and rebuilt brick by brick in the 1980s on Marsh Farm. Historically the business park was Marsh Farm with Windmill Hill to the northwest. Access was a track, now the east entrance off Whitehill Way. The 1948 O/S aerial photo shows the area mostly agricultural fields. The photo also showed to northwest off Hook Road was a WW2 US Army hospital and prisoner of war camp on Lydiard Park estate. Area appears restored to park and open fields. The Regus Windmill Business Park opened in 1999; entrance signs do note private, no dogs and no photography. The business park website promotes peaceful, relaxed, work life balance but Does Not appear to notate any of their restrictions. Are tenant staff informed they cannot photograph while outside relaxing? English Heritage Windmill Hill site near Avebury is several miles south and separate use of the name.
Windmill was on the north side of Chiseldon in a field behind the cemetery and houses along Butts Road. The late 1800s maps note the windmill corn and by 1920s as disused. The field is now several terraced houses and cluttered gardens and street named Windmill Piece. To the south was Chiseldon Camp dating to the Great War. West of Chiseldon at Overton was an RAF hospital during WW2.
I wonder if Katie Hopkins knows that her grandmother is out in the wild. On a more serious note, people's rights do not end when they go on private property.
New subscriber. What a good video to start. I love windmills, fancy not being able to film them. At least you escaped your dad lol. 🤣🤣 I did not see anything saying private. Looking forward to your other videos.
