Hello my loves! today's video is all about knowing where your overthinking and negative thoughts are coming from. Your mind doesn't need to rule over you, you are the consciousness and awareness behind your thoughts. This is beautifully explained in the book The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. You are not the thoughts running around in your head, don't give them power. They are there to guide and teach you, your ego is simply a teacher, but not your inner voice or Higher Self. Turning off the thoughts and connecting to your Higher Self is what will provide the answers, courage, and guidance you seek.

You’re the 2nd person to post something that I really needed to hear, I’ve had a rough few days and it’s hard to think positive when you’re in that mind space...I know I have positive things going for me like my channel that I just started for example, school, etc but I doubt myself too much and I get stuck in this negative mindset...thank you for this 💙

I have started this week with waking up in the 3 seconds that my alarm goes off instead of turning it off I get up and stretch for 3 to 5 minutes than I take 3 deep breaths and say it’s “my day is today ,today will be a good day,I can do this ,today is a good day “ I than will start my routine for work ❤️🙏

Very vital information. Reminds me of my favorite quote. “I changed my thinking and it changed my life.” It’s all in the power of our thoughts. I’ve now gotten to place where I can change my thoughts which used to cause me even more anxiety. I still have struggle days, but I get back up and fight again the next day.
