my dream is to be an olimpic althelte and this truly helped. i look up to swimmers like ledicky, phelps and more. i can promise you that you will be getting lots more veiws on your video because i will be watching this every time right before i go to my meet

Just finished my first high school season as a freshman won state for the third time in a row, now I’m going to train harder then I ever have and qualify for state next year. The next 9 months are going to be hell. This video helped me get motivated for it

Lmao, same. That's litterly me. And it's worked so far for me, I do time trials with myself and a friend at the Y to see improvements every couple of weeks to see if I'mon par with my goals. How's your training going?

.2 seconds away from getting a 26 second freestyle as a freshman. Waking up early for morning practice and staying late for extra reps. 45 minutes of running EVERY day. Weights when I’m not sore, and eating all the time. Olympic race binge watching during homeroom and study hall, and sleeping thinking of Phelps. It’s hard, but necessary. It’s tough, but rewarding. It’s tiring, but it’s absolutely worth it in the end. Keep working and hopefully I’ll see one of you beside my lane in the Olympics one day.
