Oh my gosh!! I am 40 seconds in but have to say that not being told how to breathe was good for me so I don’t overthink my breathing. Once I breathe too deeply or slowly in guided meditations, it makes me uncomfortable and I keep thinking about it and have a hard time going back to how I was breathing. My message is unnecessarily long but I’m not here to be super concise. Just thank you.
It's not unnecessarily long. I appreciate your opinion. Because I like this feature of this meditation too. I too struggle to get back to my original breathing pace. It's disorienting.

I love your meditations also the greater ones (I gave the same reaction on your 5 minutes meditations). For me these meditations help me because the music is wonderful, your voice is so good and pleasant for these meditations, who ever your are - THANK YOU SO MUCH. It helps me so much because at this moment I am not a good meditation person and you - Great Meditation - helps me to relax and to stay in myself for an amount of minutes during the day and I am sure that through your meditation I will achieve my goals like self love, being worthy, raising my vibration, getting more intuitive, being grateful, manifestations and a lot of other goals. Being told that I was intrinsically worthy of love, just by being born, made it not seem anything special. But I love the soothing voice and the rest of it was good.
When you unconditionally love yourself, you can unconditionally love someone else. When you wonder how I can love you and how I can forgive you, remember it's because I forgive myself and love myself. I will forever amd without conditions love you, including the condition that you may not love yourself or me right now.
