I know you're having it rough right now, and I've been there, especially on a time crunch! A little known fact about my fears is that I tend to feel anxiety with job and financial stability, and I have a fear of being homeless. Several times over the last nearly 10 years, I've been challenged with a sudden job loss and chaos with living situations. I'm in a tough financial spot too and I'm trying to figure out my housing situation. If you have interest in purchasing a tiny home at some point there's builders who will build a tiny home for you based on the models they offer and there is a tiny home program called operation tiny home. If you contact a builder they will connect with operation tiny home and they will cover a portion of the cost. Not sure if this is something you can afford but where I live land is just cheaper to rent than a house right now and something like a trailer or mobile home is so much more affordable to finance. There's land even listed for rent on Facebook marketplace, just seems like the only thing affordable right now. I hope this helps!! It's the route I have to go to afford a home.
There's also a builder located here in Colorado who will ship the home they build to you! It's called frontier tiny homes. They have a pre built model for sale right now at discount. I don't know if they ship across state lines but it wouldn't hurt to check if your interested. Good luck Kloee!!

You’re definitely not alone in this, my mother (after 8 months of being sick) her fight is finally over, she had been admitted to the hospital in Feb of this year due to respiratory failure which nearly killed her then. She was o in and out of the ER AND ICU 5 different times. She had severe COPD and ended up at a nursing facility which is where she finally passed away in her sleep yesterday at 2:34pm. Lost my dad in Jan of this year& now my mom too. He was 62 and she was just 60 years old. Now they’re both gone (myself and my husband had been living with them off and on for nearly 10 years) we’d all help each other in whatever way was needed. Nothing could possibly have prepared me for that call yesterday afternoon. So now that they’re both gone (and neither had a will) we’re going to be in the same boat pretty soon, as we also have no savings. We don’t have a clue what’s going to happen right now, but we will do our best to try and find a way to be able to take over the mortgage payments. However, neither of us are getting our hopes up too high. We shall see what happens. I’ll keep you in my prayers and I’ve been wanting to get a reading from you for years now, so if that would help at all, I’ll do just that. Be looking for a reading for Tessa.
