@@pinj what is with the hostility? He is a good actor and played it well, I too feel if anyone else played this character, it definitely wouldn't be as good. He gives off such creepy structure and that's the beauty behind it.
Season 1 kept me on edge. I was so upset with Beck's death Season 2 made me just fast forward the entire season. Season 3 was good because of Love and Conrad's. At this point, I just want Joe gone. I don't want Marienne brought back in season 4. She deserves better than this weird murdering psychotic stalker.
Victoria is amazing. Her facial expressions and intensity make you fall in love with her character. I hope we get to see her talent in more shows/ movies.
She was so good I didn’t like her but I love her 😂❤ after season 1 I was literally in Beck withdrawal. Didn’t kick in til episode 5 of season 2. This show is like crack. Season 4 broke my heart was so bad hope they pivot in the right direction ❤
I know penn hates joe but I’m glad he Finally decided against it not doing it because Joe is one of those potentially iconic characters well look at years from now and be like I couldn’t imagine anyone else.
I started watching season 3 casually with my roommate, as she had already watched the previous seasons and I had not. It was so good that I had to go back and start from the beginning. So worth it.
At first I thought that Love wasn`t as good as Beck in acting. After a few episodes I changed my mind. Both are great. Love You, the best series so far.
Yup but that’s because she was playing a looney tune 😂. I felt the same way didn’t like her and then it hit me that I didn’t like her because deep down she was a killer and at face value was full of it. Victoria nailed that character so well that I actually did not like the character. Brilliant actress❤

you guys actually got one thing incorrect. the show didn't originally start on showtime, it started on lifetime, so it makes sense it wasn't super popular. lifetime doesn't really have that many popular shows like You.
I can't believe I didn't realise forty and loves names.. I've always wondered.. and to think that love means zero. Her parents name her zero and made her feel zero = psychopath serial killer?
Honestly the last 4 episodes on season 4 got me freaked out when I found out that every conversation and interaction Joe had with Rhys was all in Joe’s head, that was the biggest twist I’ve in seen in a show in a long time.
The only thing that disappointed me was joe leaving Henry 🥺🥺 I wanted them to be together and being an iconic father son duo, loving each other and caring for each other but I guess Joe can’t really love someone.
I don’t think he ever loved Henry. He was always just obsessed over the idea of a perfect love, perfect family. But he eventually devalues them the moment he’s fixated on another “you” character. His only redeeming quality is that he never hurts children and does his best to “save” them so he could be the hero in his story.
super good documentary im surprised the safety course part was short seeing how in S2 ep. 6 Penn had to go through some rope course for the scene? getting tied up is something most people are comfortable with XD.
Hesitant to take a high profile role? The show was on lifetime first, even if it was on Netflix there was no telling that it would’ve been a hit or “high profile”
It was a hit book series. So he probably figured just like gossip girl was a hit boom series then was able to become a hit show the same thing would happen with You.
