This man at around 2:20 said that, as kid, he felt guility to ask his parents to buy him expensive clothing because he understood they worked hard and did not have a lot of money... while I, as a kid, would be angry because my mom could not buy me things that I wanted while she was a single mom and could not afford it. I went through a very similar situation as you. I experienced heavy bullying in elementary and high school, constantly put down my whole life. I am super into self image and have improved so many things about myself over the years but I still struggle with depression/not having any friends. I’m in a new city and it’s very hard to meet people let alone like-minded people at 25. Would love to be a part of the community to help others and make friends ❤

Been a subscriber since 2018 and I still remember when it comes to male self improvement how back then it was big emphasize on style and gym only, no looksmaxxing, no redpill, no Tiktok/Reels etc. Crazy how internet and social media changed over 5-6 years

As a female watching this I can completely agree like fr every guy has potential and it doesn't take much (often just a few adjustments) to look really attractive and hot. I was obese like 120 kg at the time I was 20 years old. I decided that that's it. My friend was going to the gym at the time and asked if i could join him. At first, i didn't know what i was doing. I lost a good amount of weight and now I am 72 kg. I dont have any loose skin thank God and back then I thought that this was impossible. I had a LOT of body hair back then but now I started grooming my body well and learn everyday. But my hair is starting to fall out but now i am 30 yo and I want to save them but I cant afford a hair transplant its super expensive in Greece. But anyway, if you try your best you Can and WILL succed

First, inner work... then, build over that. I think there's so much external advices that doesn't match inner personality. I know LA might ad pressure to level up the external appearance, but the external can not fool anybody, you can see a handsome guy, but rotten soul and is not going to be attractive anymore. I appreciate the advices, but let's focus in the strength of your history: mental strength, discipline and continues growth is the based layer. The external just come easy when you invest in inner, human, real work.
