MY THOUGHTS
If you are looking a decent affordable place to invest in a starter home this is a good deal. Accessibility is easy especially when the road construction is done, and the community looks warm and freindly.
The rents are competitive too with an Enhanced 3B going for 30K per month and the Standard 3B is going for 25K. Compared to other more expensive developments, this is a good return on investment.
The multi sports courts are also quite a gem. This is rare in many modern developments. Children can play basketball in the well laid out courts.
