I'm lucky that it only took me 2 years to get my diagnosis. I was on my 2nd manic episode, was hyperfixating on mental health (thank you, ADHD!) and started sending my paych every symptom I was experiencing. 😂 I'm lucky(?) that I'm generally in a hypomanic or mixed state, as opposed to the extremes.
