Zest of 1 lemon
Egg yolks - 4 pcs.
Sugar - 120g.
Corn starch 45g.
White chocolate - 150g.
Cream cheese (mascarpone) - 250g.

👉 SPONGE CAKE:
Eggs - 5 pcs.
Salt - a pinch
Sugar - 155g.
Corn starch - 40g.
Flour - 40g.

Butter - 30g.
