Ingredients:
3 eggs (room temperature)
100g (1/2 cup, 3.5 ounces) caster sugar
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100ml vegetable oil
60ml (1/4 cup) milk room temperature
180g (6.35 ounces) all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 lemon
powdered sugar
Baking tin lined with baking paper and glazed with butter (20x10cm)
Cup 250ml
Bake in preheated oven to 180*C (350*F) for 40 minutes or until ready when checked with toothpick.
