if it was a locked and shielded car park you would think their fears would be allayed...so go and surround your staff car parks with 10 foot fences ya dumb cops
Number plates are for all the public to see, they are not private. I don't get why cops get so triggered by people seeing number plates. You heard him, no problem being there. As far as I know it's not illegal to to wear a balaclava glasses. ANPR the public don't have access to this system but cops do. Is he telling us that there are loads of bad cops misusing the system.
"You're recording private number plates...." What, those tings that are recorded by every CCTV, dashcam, GoPro and cameraphone in the area? Yeah, that's how stupid that sounds.
Doesn’t he realise we all have dash cams that film car regs all the time. In any case you can’t get any details from number plates except road tax and mot status.
The number plates belong to the DVLA as do the cars that is why you are the "keeper" NOT the "owner" so there are NO private cars in the staff car park. Does anyone actually believe that the security would ask every muslim women why they have a face covering?
@@TheCunnamulla Not many people do, it's all part of the DVLA scam. If people knew they might start asking difficult questions like "If I paid for this car or these plates with my own money that I worked hard for why do they belong to the DVLA?
Cars are not property of the DVLA, only the reg plate. You've paid for the car, it is your property. You can declare it SORN, keep it on your property and it is yours until you dispose of it, not when the DVLA says what you can do with it. ".The Driver Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) does not own cars, and registering a vehicle with the DVLA does not give it ownership. The DVLA's V5 logbook states that it is not proof of ownership, and the registered keeper is not always the legal owner of a car. The registered keeper is responsible for official communications from the DVLA and police, but the owner is the person who paid for the vehicle or received it as a gift."
The only way members of public can info about number plates is via the Gove web site and all it says is make, model, and whether taxed and valid MOT, and NOTHING else. This Officer is a prime example of a feelings Officer as he hasn't got a real leg to stand on. If they are that concerned, then they should put signs up and have barriers.
Police, DVLA, Security Services, and Customs are the only ones with access to the DVLA database of car registration numbers. Even when a private company is chasing you for a parking charge they can only apply to the DVLA under regulated conditions for limited information. And it is possible (with a court order or through the proper process) to get a registration number changed (basically like putting a private plate on a car) so if any officer or staff member felt their number was compromised they could just get it changed.
We the public don’t have to under stand any thing the clowns in blue have to say unless we are braking the law or are about to brake the law, keep your directives to your self unless we ask for them.
Why do police get so bent about people recording things that are recorded by every CCTV, dashcam, GoPro and cameraphone in the area? Flexing their assumed authority over a non crime instead of dealing with actual crimes.
My advice to this copper is he should approach his MP to see what he can do about creating legislation to curtail the existing freedoms of citizens to film in public if he feels the need to further protect police officers vehicles. I in turn will see my MP to say definitely not acceptable I wish to retain all my existing freedoms and rights. There are enough existing laws and legislation to protect police staff. So they must understand and appreciate police are civilians in costumes acting in the office they hold and have no extra expectation of protection.
If writing down at a shoot, and anybody is watching, write your grocery list for the week.......that'll give these tyrants something to chew on. Does beardy bloke realise someone could stand at the exit from the grounds and film the cars.
Why are you wearing a balaclava? It's none of your business but I'll help cure your ignorance. One of my ancestors fought in the Crimean War so I'm wearing it to honour him.
Every time a cop moans about Personal Cars/Reg plates they are just confirming their own habit of running plates illegally to corruptlty ID people +++++
Mental isnt it!? Reg plates have to be displayed in public by law, but some people quibble about the fact they can be seen in public,---; so they make a fuss.
"personal number plates" No such thing. You don't own the number plate, it's the only bit of your car that doesn't belong to you. Registration plates are government owned information.
And have to be displayed in plain view when the vehicle is on the road, then moan because they can be seen and recorded, although its illegal to not have them on.
what you've got to understand is... what you've got to understnad is...what i am saying is...what i'm saying is...what are you doing here? .....all i am asking you is...surely after the constant repetition you should just saunter off? i could not have stuck around as long as you did
And what exactly were you trying to achieve by doing this? You wouldn’t be doing it just to create a confrontation and hopefully generate views and YT fees, would you?
And the harm for doing it was? All it does is highlight the stupidity of some officials banging on about masks, balaclavas and number plates. Under the "we don't like it" non law.
@@ianhill4585 Why won't you just admit that walking around a staff car park wearing a mask and filming peoples cars is not the actions of a normal person. He's doing it just to create a fuss so that he hopefully get into a confrontation, and upload it for monetary gain. It really is pathetic.
@@issimondias Him walking around a car park stark naked apart from a disguised face whilst squawking like a seagull would not be normal. But then normal is a subjective term. Your definition appears less tolerant.
3 idiots would have had there pay cut, for not being at there place of business..or automatically told to keep walking of the property,,cause this is not what there being ,,payed for,,,
4:58 Better take the bus to work then 😐. Cuz if you have a problem and you think someone else should have to solve that problem for you, then you actually have two problems 🫤 8:25 I dont thinknyour lack of vision should be the driving force for trying to renegotiate this mans rights
