anchar , basisty and nanchag are cousins , anchar air defense + 3 gl + 2 torps +3 missile make it al rounder , basisty too is v good because of kinzhal air defence

Basisty better because she have 2 cannon,mostly critical shoot 70k damage with tmf,plus 3 GL, this ship is dangerous.
