Paul was sound and the I don't think I've ever seen a site look as clean as this after 5 years of being open they obviously take pride in keeping the site clean.

We’re they customers? I took their “filmed me driving by” as that they were on the roadway and had turned back. Perhaps I blinked and missed them coming out rather than driving down to the port gate… that apparently blocks a public maintained roadway.

Great gentleman and details on their storage business! ⭐⭐⭐👍 The land used to be allotment gardens and where the railway sidings fanned out and serviced the east and west side of Alexandra Dock to the south. A gasometer was later located on the site. At 12:08, 5 or 6 tracks used the cross over the road and fan out to the docks. Dock Way was Maesglas Road until the roads realigned and A48 constructed. Other aerial imagery (ESRI, Bing) shows the container storage growing over the past several years.
@@PhyllisGlassup2TheBrim The allotments were pre World War 2 and somewhat isolated surrounded by the extensive railway sidings. Now you have me wondering how many workers at the railway yard or docks had an allotment plot and picked some vegetables on the walk home.
That's a properly tidy site and well looked after. Paul was a good advert for the business. As for the last two clowns 😅🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Why were they so guilty?..... Even tried to show you a statement that he read wrong 🤣😂

Clearly a man with integrity and honour who is proud of what he does, commendable, great video. You only have to see the aerial view of the containers, they are perfectly symmetrical, slide rule accuracy, looks incredible.

Also you can tell he's really proud about Dainton. Big tick for Paul who explained the workings of the site from concept to future development and included there are other sites in the southwest. And where would these audits be without the other two heroes at the end.
I've used many storage places like this. This one looks top notch! And what a nice friendly warm bloke running it. I'd have no hesitation signing up if i was in the area in need of the services. Some storage places I've used, the staff couldn't even crack a smile or converse on a basic courteous level.
