I am also Canadian and I agree with every single word you have to say. If Pierre doesn't get in soon we are completely screwed. Also I am always here for Tom he is Amazing. 💙HogFamily💙
I'm American but pretty into politics and international affairs, def got issues up there, same here lol.... basically almost everywhere in the world really
Hamilton Ontario boy here and been following Tom for over a year now, and I agree, if our Fairy Princess gets reelected, we are fckd and our elections arw nor legit either
As an American, I really appreciate the Canadian view! I love Tom and Nova and love what they do. It seems like they care more about America than most Americans!! I needed this laugh! Thanks for coming on while not feeling well!
IT’s diabetic medication that non diabetics are using to lose weight. It sucks because my husband is diabetic and was having trouble being able to get his medication because of this new trend
Most people who take Ozempic are at a point where they are either pre-diabetic or type2, so if they're using it to prevent diabetes from getting worse, then they need the medication too.
@@taraskye80 Do you seriously believe that all of these people that are using it for weight loss are diabetic in any way. I am not saying that no one is but the majority are not and it is making it very difficult for the people who actually need the medication
@@leanneferguson4185 as someone who was pre-diabetic for a long time, trying my damndest to lose weight - yes, I know what I'm talking about. I tried and tried, and still ended up Type 2 anyway! I don't take Ozempic, never have, but considered it, yes. I've lost 75 lbs since and am trying to reverse Type 2 with diet, but it's HARD. MOST people who are so obese they'd need Ozempic (regular people, not celebs) are most likely pre-diabetic, YES. You can't be as obese as I was and not be. So yes, people who take the same med that full blown diabetics are using, to PREVENT diabetes, have a valid reason to take it. That's not for you to judge, nor is it anyone's business.
@@leanneferguson4185 And PS...Ozempic is one of many meds that do the same thing, it's just the name brand. There never was a shortage, at least not where I am. And if there was/have been short supply of the med, it hasn't been for long and is quickly replenished on pharmacy shelves.
Ozempic (Monjarno, Zepbound, and Wegovy) is an insulin for type 2 diabetics. However, because people were losing weight with it rapidly doctors started prescribing it as a weight loss injection.
I feel you, I hate the government over here in Germany too...and I feel like the left is losing its mind, that's my opinion at least. Tom MacDonald is pretty cool and since you like political rap I recommend the song "Eminem Houdini Remix" by the rapper Dax.
So sorry to hear you are feeling bad, am I remembering correctly? I thought you were under the weather not long ago as well. Drink hot tea when you’re sick and feel better my friend. Much love from the South💕🇺🇸
Dude, you read my mind because this morning I was thinking the same thing; people votes using their emotions instead of common sence! And look how it tirns out 😏 P.S. i hope you are feeling better.
Canada, USA, UK, Australia, all our governments are pathetic. What citizens what is irrelevant, nothing is for the people and their decisions are dangerous. The whole planet needs #Trump2024 💜🫶🏻🇦🇺
Ozempic is an injection for diabetes but the side effect is weight loss. So ppl are using it for weight loss and not needing to work out or change lifestyle.
No true at all. You still have to work to lose weight while taking Ozempic. It helps, but isn't a miracle. It's a tool to help in weight loss. And the people using it for that are either pre-diabetic in most cases, or already type2. So why not try to prevent diabetes from taking hold.
Other youtube artist that do political rap are samson, loza Alexander, Bryson gray, n there's a few others I can't think of at the moment. Tom always releases his music on a friday Ozempic is an injection diabetics take, a side affect of the medication is weight loss, however hollywierd has taken over n a lot of celebrities are taking it not bcz their a diabetic but for the weight loss
Voting doesn't matter. Canadians don't even know how the voting system works, If they did nobody would partake. The House of Commons has 338 seats in total, you need a majority to win, which means 170 at minimum, However Ontario has 121 seats and Quebec has 78, meaning that all elections in Canada come from those two provinces and snice they almost always are on he same side, what those two want, is what we get. BC only effects if the liberals win as a majority or minority government. The eight provinces and three territories combined have 139 seats....take away BC and that means seven out of ten provinces and the three territories combined have a measly 97 seats. Most of Canada has less then 1/3 of the power lol. Voting only matters if you are in Quebec and Ontario. And the only way the liberals lose is if the liberal choice is someone even Ontario doesn't like, which is very very rare.
About political rap, I get these three names at least and they are great : Mesus, Burden, Adam Calhoun Also Ronnie from Falling in Reverse makes great music with hints towards the political and cultural context That ozempic sh is a treatment for those with diabetic issues but now many people use it for loosing weight. That being said it’s a very dangerous pill and it doesn’t work for everyone. It’s just f up that people go away from a healthy style of living and instead take pills and do “cosmetic” surgeries I liked your reflections, thank you for this reaction🙏🏻 ( you should see the tragedy we’re living in Mexico. We’ve just become a dictatorship since the main party was given more than 75% of parliament and they’re trying to destroy the judicial system as we speak )
Ozempic is actually a diabetes medication that people started using to lose weight. It's gotten to the point that diabetics that NEED IT TO LIVE are struggling to find some because it's in such high demand for people wanting to lose weight.
In America there are a couple types of political rappers. You have those that are like Tom and Samson that rap about political things mostly conservative views. Then you have MAGA rappers like Forgiato Blow that are mostly just Pro Trump MAGA political rappers.
Ozempic is a shot that is great for people with diabetes. It helps lower blood sugar and A1C. A side effect is weight loss, so rich people started using it to lose weight and doctors have started diagnosing people with diabetes that don’t have it, just to get people prescriptions 😞😞😞 I actually use it for diabetes and it is one of the best medicines I have tried that has helped me. There has been a shortage of it due to everyone using it for off label stuff 🤬🤬🤬 There is an actual version of it that is made for weight loss but is more expensive and insurance doesn’t approve it like they do diabetes meds. So it’s a big mess.
Everybody needs me! 🔥🔥 hog4life your absolutely right about the music!, that’s the brainwashing of the media! Trudeau blows! We’re fucked if Trump doesn’t win down here ! Because they are going to come for us! New sub!
thankfully the canadians seems to start waking up, pierre pollieve is the candidate for the conservative party of canada and hes one of the more impressive politicians ive seen, i only started paying attention because of trudeau, before i didnt really care but with how much damage dudes been causing i was like its time to actually watch and pay attention to my country, but yeah pierre actually seems like he would be really good for this country, i dont see trudeau winning without rigging the election tbh
3:18 huh? How did you connect guessing what accent someone is speaking to racism? What race is better than another in that regard? I can’t connect those dots together
@@SCP_Gate-Guardian most people who are at the point of needing Ozempic (I'm not talking celebs, but regular people who've had their doc prescribe it) are already most likely pre-diabetic or heading towards type 2 fast - so why not prevent it with the same med that full blown diabetics use anyway. There isn't a shortage, Ozempic is one brand name, there are several others on the market that do the same thing. There was never a shortage. People are outraged for nothing. It's no one's business what someone takes for meds to help themselves. No one has the right to say they do or don't need a medication.
