This is not just an unconstitutional development but also highly discriminatory and revealing of the motives of both the mover of this bill and those who shamelessly supports it or stay calm in the face of this criminal affront to impose preference to Islam within our constitution. It is sad that at this age and time while the whole world is progressing with technological innovations, nigeria is moving backwards with religion. Is there any progressive society that is based on religious belief. If you want to see some backward societies, you need to look at the Middle East where all their wealths are emanating from primitive minerals dug out of the ground by the Europeans and Asians with their own technologies and rent paid, yet those religious countries do not own any single technology to exist as humans. They can not even make use of the borrowed technologies to better their own lives without the foreigners. This is part of the stupidity of religion.
