EMDR therapy is intense/devastating like this at that very moment and %10000000000 better after you look at that scary thing!! I cannot recommend that enough, or even just shining a light on the dark shadows. I feel like I have Jumped like 10 years ahead just by this EMDR therapy because It's aided me in processing that past stuck trauma - I worked through childhood abandonment wounds that was showing up in many areas but in relationships as anxious attachment style!
