OK, the guy on the left is always late. The guys in the middle, the rhythm section (mandolin, drums and bass), they are the middle class, working their ass off to keep the left (accordion) from descending the band into a total state of self indulgence. The banjo player is the right. The rhythm section hates it (the banjo of course, the player is irrelevant) more than the accordion on the left because they don't know if the banjo is a drum or a stringed instrument. it confuses everybody in the band so none of them trust trust the banjo (player is irrelevant). The left (accordion) and the right (banjo) will ultimately be consumed in the camp fire because the rhythm section has a force of three to their two. If those two entities don't behave; they're going down. The love/hate relationship between the accordion and the banjo transcends the human condition. Left or right the friction yields drama. It vibrates to a crescendo above the apex of the creative force. The rhythm section just want's peace. Somehow, the rhythm section reels the two renegades in. They can stay in the band if they will just STOP stirring the pot. You guys are amazing. You folks outside the US are so good at accurately reflecting the unabashed image of me and my friends here in the US. Planned or a subconsciously orchestrated, I perceive something transcending flow in your videos that is holistic. Or evolistic (if that is a word). On the other hand, you guys are probably in the same boat as we are in the US with the power hierarchy. No stressing. Keep them guessing.
