You could not pay for honor players to play this hero 

To this day I still question why conq has punch through when his chain heavy’s are unblockable

I guiltily have a couple reps on the character and have a desire to play the hero. Conq is simply not versatile enough. No chase is a deal breaker and antiganking is harder than you'd think it needs to be. Other than that, the team DID say they were going to create new and unique feats for year 1 heroes so I'm not too worried about that I suppose.

The worst is when you're low health and executing someone and seeing the enemy balista icon show up, you are stuck executing someone, and there's no escape. 😅

I feel like to be great with Conq, you need "in chain patience" (I am not known for my good naming sense). The best example I can think of is like Orochi. When you forward dodge with orochi, the enemy might dodge because he is afraid of the kick. If you do the dodge attack into another in-chain attack, the other guy could hit you with a dodge attack. That's why you wait a moment before inputting to see what the other guy is doing: That's in chain patience for you. It is vital for Conq because if you miss a bash of any kind and full-guard, the opponent can guarantee a GB on you; which might not be guaranteed if they did not dodge early enough. In chain heavies are often dodged because they are unblockable, which makes dodge attacks hit you if you input another attack in chain after they dodge one of your heavies.

Still one of my mains, probably because I uninstalled the game and I'm taking a break so I don't have to experience the pain of being a conq main for now.

Conq definitely suffers with the power creep in For Honor. I wish they'd do something to make him interesting.

I made a load out I call Conq Jesus (do with that information what you will) and am currently trying to make Mustard Conq with how yellow his weapon can be. I like Conq, and have continuously made up ideas as to how to rework his kit so its cool and actually fun. If you want I'll be more than happy to share my ideas.

Hey bro he is not so bad, The other day I picked up my rep 0 lvl 13 conq in brawls after 6 month of not touching and I just destroyed the 2 ganking apes I was against after my teamate died, even getting some compliment about how good I am with this hero while I was just randomly fullguard recovery and it just worked. Conq have a very good potential if you know a few basics about the game. He just have some very bad matchup and is a bit rough in 4's. If I had to improve him they could give back the crushing counter on the charged heavies which would make people think twice before lighting you out of it, hyperarmor on neutral heavies, and for christ sake rise the damage on the unblockable heavies to at least 24. Also rise the flail upercut to 15 damage to differentiate from the scuttage collection, and if I can be a little crazy about it, give back the soft feint to bash on the heavies. We see how it's working pretty good on Highlander so no reason conq would not benefit from it. aye, and a rollcatcher in the name of holy JC. How can lawbringer and conq still lack some type of rollcatcher

Rage quits have become super common I’ve noticed, me and my friends were playing, me and a random on warden, my buddy on Valkyrie, and the other on shinobi. Me and the guy on Valk are both pretty dang good and the shinos decent but still learning. The random was a good teammate in general. The entire enemy team left while the score was even (around 600 both sides). We weren’t playing scummy or being toxic or anything. It feels like if you light parry or out play people once or twice they just give up, makes me kinda sad tbh :(

Don't get me wrong I know the character isn't great and needs buffs (major one being roll catcher) but I think a lot of people over exaggerate how bad this character is. When played right Conq can be damn near untouchable while also being very oppressive. There's a reason Conqs's main weakness is people running away.

As a rep 27 conq she was my main but now other heroes are catching up to her rep and its sad lol

Man, looking at old vs new characters; rollcatchers, insane tracking (Pirate/VG go FLYING forwards on zones/run attacks/heavies), damage values...10 more reps to go for Conq but it ain't easy in current FH. IDK how the hell Ubisoft still has characters without rollcatchers (and lights with strong tracking do NOT count); anyone can just choose to not be in their mixups. Not to mention almost entirely useless feats (Punch Through only working on opening heavies xD). What a mess of a character. And finally, why the fuck does Shinobi get a *feintable* roll catcher???
