I am building a poolhouse with a 3 car garage that I will use as a workshop. I hate the traditional garage door openers, so really appreciate that tip for the garage door opener. If you were to build a new one from scratch, is there anything else that you wish you had done to the garage? Thanks for taking the time to make the video.
@@saulflores8050 big difference in comfort, put in both of mine as kits from lowes.. easy (slightly messy). significant change on temp in winter and summer.
A three car is a must especially a work shop area as yours. My third car garage is a through and through to my back yard and cement pad. I plan to copy it on our forever home. Yes my garage door tracts are also high lift with side mount lift master openers. Extremely quiet and have a locking system when closed. I will still build an additional stand alone garage / shop when we build our forever home for all of my toys. As they say she gets her home I’ll get the garages.
looks great Matt, if/when i redo the floor in this one i'll probably have someone do it.. what i have in place today has been an improvement on the previous.. wish i had that garage height again, used to have 13 ft ceilings. along with the openers would be a 4 post lift for the cars..
