Steve I drove to Sydney for Tay Tay and back from Brisbane and wanted to say I had NO issues at all expect for a red belly black baby snake at the hHeatherbrae. The drive was so fun and charging was minimal. My biggest issue was stopping at Port Macquarie when my wife decided to purchase 2 cases of wine at the cassegrain winery. I urge everyone to buy a tesla now.

Great to see some education being given to the community to help with the uptake of EVs in Australia! Well done mate! A fellow Model Y owner here (3 months now) and absolutely loving it!! Recently drove from Brisbane to Rockhampton and back, and the only real challenge was charging about half way at a Chargefox charger as it was already taken, so I had to drive to the next town in the hope it was available. Hopefully Tesla will be installing more Superchargers along the Bruce Highway to alleviate these issues.
