It's a semi gay bromance with Howard as the man and Raj as the woman. The pinnacle was when they were on oestrogen supplements and feeling each other's breasts. But Bernie asks how close they were before she met Howard and Leonard just says "don't look under that rock."

That's probably Earth 2.

I feel like she is a good example of “well it was a different time/place” rather than the ppl who are straight up racist or xenophobic and use it as an excuse . Like is she a little off in her delivery? Yes but for her, she’s trying. She’s still being considerate, she’s not saying it with any negative connotations she just doesn’t know.

Those "bigoted times" are what made her endearing. Unlike the "woke" times of today where bigotry comes with a smile and more pontificating than Mary's religiousness.

Leslie is only in the first 2 seasons save for 1 episode in season 3 and 1 in season 9. Mary was only in 2 episodes in the first 3 seasons and they were not the same ones. So no they weren't ever in the same episode.

In my personal opinion I hate racism and I also hate inequality as well I'm not referring to socialism and talking about the fact that every person should work together and also to unite as one that is what I'm calling equality but also it would lead to Unity. Well...while a nervous, stray dog isn't a totally inaccurate comparison, she didn't say it's not a big deal in that quote. She said it's like a baby deer, and between freezing & turning around while they're all watching him and then running away when Leonard aggressively confronted him, that is EXACTLY how deer (of ALL ages) act when they sense other people in their vicinity. For the record - I've never hunted, I just grew up across the street from a nice woodsy area and would go hiking with my brother and/or neighborhood friends ALL the time. I couldn't have laughed harder at this scene, even if I tried.
