Love when Henry appears on any pundit or analysis table. His voice and accent is so pleasant to listen to. He sounds so smart and passionate about football but at the same time has a comedy mind and always brings some laughs. Carragher and Micah are also really fun. Neville has grown on me too

I love how Thiery putting respect on Ronaldo's name (R9). He is the REAL Ronaldo, firstly because that is his FIRST name lol and CR7's first name is Cristiano so technically he's not wrong but at the same time we know why he's doing that. Keeping the legend alive through memories and respect. He was an absolute phenomenon in the sport and new fans will forget him. Ronaldo (R9) inspired me to play football at a very young age and all I did was imitate his style. The GOAT.
r9 isn’t the goat 🤣🤣 he’s one of the greatest natural strikers of all time but injuries and inconsistencies ruined his career. if he actally kept himself fit and constantly scored 50+ goals a season for at least 10 years he would be. but he didn’t and ronaldo and messi did hence why they are both miles better

The GOAT as you put it is a subjective title and if we're using highest peak performance then el fenomino before the knee injury is one of the most unstoppable players in footballing history. He was essentially Mbappe now but with better dribbling and finishing.

@@ucey-mi2wr I know what the acronym stands for I'm just telling you that it's completely subjective. There is not any way to quantify who is the best. You are saying that Messi and CR7 stayed in their peaks longer which I don't think is in debate and if YOU think that makes them better then that's fine. As for the peaks of all three it's hard to say. Messi played in what I would say was the best club team ever so I'm not surprised his stats are so good. CR7 has even better scoring stats (less assists though) but luckily I was alive to actually watch the matches. I still remember Benzema passing to him in front of an empty net to help him win the Pachichi. Some of the numbers are empty and without real meaning. In my own opinion I think R9 has a better peak than CR7 but as you said CR7 was at that peak for almost a decade which is nuts. Messi for me had a better peak than both but I actually think CR7 stayed at his best level for longer/adapted to getting older better. For me Messi is probably the winner but that's just because of the way I feel football should be played.
@@brokensythe messi had a better peak because he had xavi and iniesta ( 2 all time greats) giving him perfect balls. although ronaldo had ozil it was for a shorter period. also, even tho messi scored 91 goals in a season which is mental, he never really maintained that whereas ronaldo scored 60+ goals for 4 seasons straight. i’d have to say ronaldo is better because he was a big game player. he always delivered when his team needed him and his work ethic made up for messis natural ability
