It's copyrighted - if you look in the description, there's a segment that tells you what the song is, who created it, and who owns the copyright. That segment is part of a claim RU-vid put on the video. Claims are intended to credit the original song artist, but usually demonetize affected videos as well and - in rare cases - can have the video restricted to certain countries or even take it down.
