I work in retail and this really grinds my gears every single time! Everything is straight out of the box and I get that question most of the time.. even when something is arranged in a row, they'll mess up the whole display trying to pick the 'fresh' ones from the back.. thank you for making this!

I came across this problem so many times when I worked as a salesperson before! So frustrated everytime when customer wanted a NEW one, and that actually meant they want one from the stockroom... but to be honest, sometimes those from the stockhouse were repackaged ;P They were once opened, not that NEW!! haha

so relatable hahahah, I use to work in a co-op and the customer's always request for "new" , but the thing is even displays are new😂😂we just put it on the shelf for maybe 10 mins or so out from the box! especially snacks, like seriously if it is not fresh/new we wouldn't be selling it for consumption😑😑

its an expression :) like for example "ooh" or "ahh" or like when you say "come on man" you can replace the 'man' with 'la'. you get come on la. hope that helps :)

You have to know that in customer sight, those not-so-new one may dropped on the floor and broken or took out of the box and touched by others or covered with dust etc etc :P
