Yet, to change ones demeanor is only possible to our self's awareness of what is possible for us and you must be able to believe in it yourself and not only develop it, but learn how to apply it yourself. You speak the truth about principles and processes, the way is needed. First we learn a way. Then we make our own way with listening, hearing, grasping and understanding and then we can experience the clarity of possible reasons and purposes for us. You said something that was very key. Feel your way. Even after knowing this for quite some time, I still have to constantly remind myself this. I’ve been so conditioned to second guess my gut feeling or intuition that idk if I’ll ever be able to completely break that programming. So if it’s about the moment, feeling not emotions, but actually feeling is the only thing fast enough to flow with the moment which is always moving like a river. Thought or thinking is never in the moment because thought always require’s time and therefore can never be in the actual moment. Thought is utilized when doing the everyday basic chores but that’s about it. You should always, always trust your gut or inner feeling.
