@jreamlucido obviously those people reported my comment. They shouldn't even be on my channel in the first place. Some people don't like the truth. They watch my channel and act like they dont. That is definitely stakerish behaviour. Like, come on. The haters definitely keep a close eye.

@jreamlucido that's true, my brother. Bad spirited and egotistical people are always throwing hate around like politicians throw around money on the taxpayers' dime. People can be so harsh on unique and different people because they're used to conformity. They're comfortable with no change. True leaders step outside of conformity and strive to create a change.They dare to be different and show their true self. Seriously dude their is a difference between leaders and followers. Also, people feel threatened by those who have the power to create change they could not. Everyone has their part to play, and everyone needs to allow that part to play without interference or interruption.

@Astroman333 this comment couldn't be any more accurate. Like how are they all asking for change, when none really are invested into it? Like practice in what you preach. It's the same people who swear they care, but behind those closed doors: they show what they're about. Themselves and their self centered entitlement. I grew out of so much of ignorance. Now a lot hate me: now that I see past the horizon. I'm not going to stop being me. I did something wrong, if I got anyone to completely like me. True love isn't a facade. It's guidance.

@jreamlucido Yeah, dude, i completely agree. They want the recognition that comes with making a positive impact more than they want to create a positive impact. I've seen people gain success in certain industries for making a positive impact on the Aboriginal community. When we do not support their leadership and they have never built positive partnerships with the community, we don't know them. There is no connection or positive partnership with them. We should not under any circumstance be rewarding leadership that the community does not trust and support. It's culturally insensitive and disrespectful and continues to create issues that we are trying to minimise. We can't clean up a mess by continuing to add fuel to the fire. Many people desire to do good and make a positive impact on a daily basis. Although they go unnoticed. They support change and persist in learning how to bring about change that has a domino effect in the lives of others. I am not blind to the fact that there are nessecary evils. Unfortunately, benovelant leadership is non-existent, and this is what people seek. Someone who will fight for them and genuinely care for what they need. People support leadership that supports them, and they know intuitively when it's genuine care and support. I genuinely love and support all cultures. I have never thought that any one race is more important than the other. All people are important to me. But it's important to recognise who we are and what we need to do to ensure a positive outcome. There are always compromises that need to be made to meet the needs of those around us. These compromises are adjusted to suit a variety of needs for many different groups of people. Leadership in many different industries all over Australia has not met those needs and gets rewarded for that behaviour. While others that show exemplary behaviour in meeting the needs of others get overlooked. This is very disturbing and disheartening. The system is failing its clients and its workers. This is not to disrespect or disregard the hard work that has already been done. Many people are trying, and they want it as bad as i do. But it's not working. The gab is the same, there is no difference, and the policies are not making any tangible changes and should be throughouly revised in many departments because the policies are ineffective and outdated. Policies should be created based on the needs of the community and altered as those needs change. Industry services are supposed to be for the community, but where is the community based approach? The current approach lacks feelings and is clinically orchestrated. This is not the appropriate environment to create positive partnerships. It only creates barriers and distrust. This is just my thoughts when I read your comment. I went off on a tangant, hahahahahaha, but this is what came to mind. You are right,they are entitled and attention seeking. But also believe that no one else has a better way. So they are very ignorant and prideful. Sometimes, having a higher understanding of something does not come from having a masters degree or a PHD in certain industries. The policies followed have already been proven ineffective as the results have shown no change. These ineffective policies create ineffective leadership in many Australian industries. This is why people like myself and others who share the same goal are in certain industries and environments. To help as much as possible.

@IstanaghVlandis Thanks, dude. I really appreciate hearing that. I'm very straight down the line. Being genuine is my policy. Some people hate me for it because I do speak my mind and give people honesty. That's all I can do is be honest. Honesty and transparency are the best policies in any situation. I have always stood by this mindset, and this is why I earn the trust of others. I recorded a message for down the track today. So after recording that message and seeing this comment, that's pretty cool, dude. Like, im feelin' it. I had someone be really honest with me on things I needed to work on, and I hated their guts at the start. Down the track that person is taking time off to be a mum, and I genuinely have low-key love and care for that person because they wanted me to succeed, and it showed in their advice. I yell at everyone now, hahahahahaha, nah jokes. I owe them one 💗

@@Astroman333 Agreed, honesty and transparency are best. It's like I have said many times in my comments online and in my personal life, "Be genuine or be nothing." When you think about it, if you're not genuine, whatever else you become will never be the real you anyway, so in a sense, if one is not genuine then one becomes nothing.
