I’ve seen that girl in several videos,it’s a wonder someone hasn’t picked up on that. She goes back and forth between the horses and constantly has her hands in the face of the horses.
@@gerrin7735 Yes, I know that about the colour. Artillery regiments are divided into Troops, squadrons are cavalry. By regiment, I meant a different military combat role altogether. 🙂 See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/King's_Troop%2C_Royal_Horse_Artillery
@@myoldvhstapes Yes, these Royal Artillery King's Troop horses are a different type. Smaller and quicker for doing galloping turns in tandem during Royal Military parades. They are all bay, very fine looking horses. They are a thoroughbred/Irish draught mix. I thought cobs, but apparently no. ❤
if you are trying to calm a horse and get them to relax ...you need to slow down your own out put of high energy... they take their ques from level of energy you are putting out....calm begets calm.
"1 hour girl" has a lovely physique, could have been a model if not for her ASD. The 2nd horse must be new, getting a lot of calming from the soldier (sorry know not their rank, what to call them - gunner?) It's 2pm and everyone out and gates closed? Thanks Abdullah. kiwi 😊
This young woman who is part of the kings troop should know better than to keep scratching the horse like she is doing, she is not only annoying the horse but also the young woman sitting on it,if it were me I would tell her to leave the horse alone.
She was not annoying the horse. The horse is obviously new to standing guard. She is trying to calm him down. You can see that they are talking. The guards in brown uniforms help the sitting guards with the horses.
I am surprised that the police( or other intelligence agencies)haven’t done a background check on people of suspicious behavior. Especially the 1 hr. girl who is displaying odd behavior and disrupting others trying to take pictures with the guardsmen and their horses.
Lovely to see the Artillery Troopers. Their uniforms are so unique. Looks like one of the beauties is getting a training lesson and needs some extra reassurance. Sad to see the lost soul back again. Hope the troopers have been made aware of her odd behaviour.
Just leave the horses alone!! Would anyone like a stranger walking up and touching you?? They just need to put the new rule out NO TOUCHING THE HORSES. Simple
Poor horse - he definitely does NOT want to be there ! It's asking a lot for them to stand still with a lot of strangers behaving weirdly all around them! I think the girl that keeps returning just wants to get close to a horse - wants to enjoy that muzzle in her hands, but they are not too interested in cooperating! That's why all the horses keep pulling away. Can you imagine so many strange people all trying to touch you! The humans are being loving but the horses just feel irritated!
These troopers seem to spend time monitoring the horses. They check the horse after a guard change and come out intermittently. The horses seem very secure and settled. Good move and exceptional care.
I really feel for her. I’m not sure if she’s on the autism spectrum or if it’s something else, but she is well intended and loves the horses so much. The person I’m mad at is her caregiver (hoping she has one) and wondering why they are not intervening and showing her proper etiquette. The girl just wants to pet the horses and does so very gently. In another video she actually talked to a horse attempting to soothe him and tell him he would be ok when roaring sirens went by. I hope people can show her compassion and understanding despite their frustrations.
I don’t understand why these people are allowed to hang around for so long, why do they want to hang around so long, they need to be moved on after they’ve took their pics as they are supposedly on guard, working, not tourist attraction
@@Roheryn100what are the horses called? The Household Cavalry horses are called troopers same as their riders, (or so I believe) so what are the gunners horses titles? They are so beautiful and it’s fantastic to see them!
The horses of The Kings Troop Royal Horse Artillery are usually seen pulling the gun carriages and firing gun salutes at State occasions , they work in teams of 6 with 3 Gunners each riding one horse and controlling the other . So being n their own in the box is something new to them.
It’s not necessarily new to them, only 36 horses in the King’s Troop actually pull the guns. The others are officers and non com officers’ mounts. Many of them will have done this in previous years. But they do need to get used to it again. They are also very fit and hard as nails , as you can tell if you look up their musical drive . So standing still isn’t one of their greatest social skills.
@Roheryn100 The Musical Drive is fantastic to watch I'd love to see them live ! You can see how fit they are , getting used to being back at Horse Guards will need some doing especially with the huge amount of tourists that seem to be around now , I'm sure they're breeding tourists somewhere in Whitehall 😂😂😂. I'm not great at standing still either , restless legs !
@@kathellison8084 My husband was in the King’s Troop for ten years and was a lead driver. His mother could never bear to watch him do the Musical Drive at the Royal Tournament -she was too terrified at the speed ! 😁
@@marywood6270 The wheel horses closest to the gun do all the braking. They are the chunkiest ones in the team and they actually practically sit in the breeching of the harness ( the wide leather strap that goes around their rump under their tail) to halt the gun.
Dia difícil ... um religioso doido e esta menina de camiseta azul e shorts caqui que parece uma mosca, não deixa os cavalos em paz, ela está há muito tempo perturbando, acredito que também tem algum "problema".
Watch all the videos when is 1 hour girl in them. She is really autistic. Somewhere in the first or second video of her they tell about her. Sometimes just listen to the crowds and you'll hear maybe the parents or someone talking about her. In other words I'm saying I am nosy. Thank you.
I don’t know why, but I was feeling so uncomfortable and restless when the female horse attendant began rubbing the horse at 18:08 and didn’t stop until 21:10. It’s the fact that she kept rubbing/scratching in the exact same place the entire time. 😖Like, move your hand at some point! I know, I’m a little OCD. As Taylor Swift would say, “I’m the problem; it’s me.” I may be alone on this one. 😂
The spot the soldier was rubbing was an area that most horses love to be touched…we use to call it their itchy spot. It does look like this is the first time this particular horse has had to stand guard and he’s just a little unsure of these surroundings and his roll in this new position
Well in less than 20 minutes you get the wacko Jesus guy, the poor lost girl( i worry about her safety) the a tattoo guy with a large lizard. Oh horse guards you never what or who will show up next. I am glad to see the Lady Gunners. They don't put up with fools lightly.
@@dazza9326 sadly she seems to have an unfortunate effect on the horses. She also stops people having photos taken . No one wants strangers on their photos. She tries to encourage the horses to go towards her, she really can cause big problems. Who knows what she will do next. There was another ‘lady’ who used to disrupt everything who was spoken many times. She spoilt many family photos by behaving as tho the horses were her own personal property. Some parents were unhappy at the way she grabbed their children. These days you have to pre empt problems. Fortunately she seems to have disappeared.
