Yes v true. What ever you told in this video. Yes we cant Remember all words. Instead of writing Iin books learn the words which are useful for every day. And remember in mind. Not in book. 2. Nobody says us to talk fast but we all have a desire to talk without stoping for only few minutes we all have that dream so that we speak like that example if we like any of our fav food in front of us we eat that food fast fast here also our hungry for this lang is like that. In this process we makes mistakes. Sometimes we stops itself there due to sad. Like grapes story. Tq
Just watch her way of delivering content or giving lesson with focus, definitely you will get something and then you will start to biuld your own way to speaking in English and her flow was nice

Thank you for your help. I agree with what you were saying the entire video. I learn vocabulary, but i don't use them during conversations, so i will try to apply in my conversations. We need a lot of practice to overcome these problems.
I understand in whole video you were only and only practising for speaking but here's a tip. You're suggesting your viewers to take pauses in between and, you your self not following that thumb rule because of which after watching your videos for two minutes my ear was start bleeding. So take pauses don't talk to much unnecessarily. Sometimes it sounds really really bad.
