Steve their Head of Business perhaps having a tough day or just came across not how he really would have liked at the start? The Scots can seem very blunt at times. Perhaps another case of a large dealer group like Inchcape Automotive stifling any creativity. I suspect that Steve is actually a thoroughly decent chap who in the old days would have been a bit of a "character" in the motor trade. Chaps like this can tell some great stories.
