I remember this game was in development 15 years or more ago, by a lone developer. (Game still has same name). Problem was a lot of people gave up on this game as vapour ware. I'm glad to see the dev had not given up on the project, and here it is it seems, I recognize the area in fact you were walking through in this game. If it is indeed finished, I'm still interested, even after such a long time has passed from the beginning of it's development.
