This album almost feels like a part two to hold me down, like that album was full of so much teenage angst and teen emotion this album feels like when you become an adult and you’ve come out the other end of that growing up stage, ADORE!! 💕💕
Most excited I’ve been for a youmeatsix album since hold me down. Makes me reminisce being a teenager again, with an emo fringe and a checkered Topman hoodie with a lame v-neck tee. Standing outside the Apollo in Manchester in the pissing down rain singing Underdog in the line before the show even started, the vibes!
That video makes an already great song hit even harder. You Me At Six are coming into a very important phase in there career and I am so excited to be here for it!
A powerful song by an excellent band (in the video I played the angry barman in the bar scene when the situation was getting out of control - a real treat to be part of the project)
I just wanna thank you guys for this song, I played it about 12 times before falling asleep to it the first night I heard it and this is still my go-to comfort song to sing.
I love the story in this music video, it speaks to me. I have a complicated relationship with my father, he's always been unpredictable and could get aggressive and violent easily, and that really affected my psyche. I have BPD and at my worst the emotions overpowered me and I couldn't do anything but lash out. I'm much much better now, beaten my depression and YMAS definitely contributed to that 💜

This song was released on Spotify pretty late towards the end of this year, but somehow it still made it onto my 2022 wrapped list on Spotify. Even if a song comes out very late during the year, it can still appear on your Spotify Wrapped list if you happen to love it very much.
I honestly thought that after the funeral the main character was going to kill himself. I was pleasantly surprised to see the happier end and how it symbolizes making the choice not to continue the cycle of abuse. Great video!

Estou com essa mesma confiança! As músicas desse álbum já lançadas lembra muito esses dois álbuns citados (que inclusive são os meus favoritos da banda). É gratificante ver que eles estão retomando aquela velha magia! Combina muito com a imagem deles
