In Utah, with health insurance provided by my employer with copay and deductible. Got a 4k invoice for a 30 minute visit to the ER. Im really interested on knowing how your family manages to have health coverage without paying a dime 👂

Antibiotics are needed if you have a Group A Strep infection. Otherwise they are seldom needed or useful. For lamisil use, you must have your liver enzymes checked because it is hard on your liver.

Your insurance is what your state allows. The ACA is only full coverage in states that allow the full law to be enacted, to include expanded Medicare.
