No the first episode of *_Arrow_* , where Oliver Queen shoots an arrow at Adam Hunt, missing him and embedding it in the wall behind his desk. Hunt says _"You missed!"_ and Oliver responds _"Really?"_ At the end of the episode, the viewer discovers that the Trick Arrow that is still stuck in the wall is allowing Oliver to remote-hack Hunt's computer.

I read about it on TV Tropes under "Exactly What I Aimed At". I'm so glad they finally made a RU-vid compilation about it, but those weren't all the examples. There was also Skyfall when Silvia blew up a ceiling several feet behind Bond just before a train falls through it ("I do hope that wasn't for me" "No, but that is"), Ed Edd n Eddy when the Kankers shot at the Eds' feet with what turned out to be rubber cement so they can kiss them, Flash vs. Arrow when Oliver shot two explosive arrows behind Barry, Chowder when Miss Endive through a pie that hit a button locking everyone in just after Mung gloated "You missed, woman!", etc.

I got an example. In Ed, Edd n Eddy episode “Know It All Ed”, the Kanker Sisters were shooting at the Eds with their “perfume” squirt guns. The Eds thought they missed because only got their feet, but the supposed perfume was actually rubber cement made to trap them, so the Kankers proceed to kiss them.

There was one from the ‘87 TMNT cartoon. In the episode ‘Return of the Shredder’ from season 2 Michelangelo and Leonardo are at the grocery store and muggers try to rob the store, during the fight Michelangelo throws his nunchucks at one of the thugs but they hit the stack of cans behind him. Thug laughs and says ‘Ha ha ya missed.’ but Michelangelo says ‘You think so?’ And blows on the cans which causes them to topple on to the thug.

You forgot ans episode of Beast Wars, where Megatron is holding Optimus Primal captive inside an alien spacecraft. Rattrap arrives to save the day and fires two shots in Megatron's direction. The shots miss Megatron, who prepares to shoot Rattrap while sneering, _"You should have made your shots count."_ Then, from right behind him, Optimus calmly replies, _"Oh, they did,"_ and proceeds to fight Megatron. Rattrap's *_"missed"_* shots actually hit, and cut through, the two cables that were holding Optimus captive.
