Austin you are a jam up guy man so nice and will have a good conversation with people on the water and not blow off to just fish and I really like what you do about the trash I am the same way I’ll go outta my way to get trash up even if I seen line in a tree I’ll get it sometimes even get a bait so it’s a double win taking care of the environment you enjoy spending your time on and a freebie wish everyone had that energy and positive about the water and trash pick up keep up the Awsome energy and content
@@austinhoover6262 I was there today You missed out on some funny they was schooling for about 45-1hr it was 1 cast after another brother you guys would had loved it I’ve never seen em school that long and much on shad
I got significantly better with glides by simply using them. I would take out 3 rods with me. One with a 5ish inch and one larger like 7-8. One rod with a follow up Senko. You’re right on the money when it comes to reasons behind and how to adjust profiles. I myself use Fluoro for everything but am quickly noticing how braid and leader has become my go to. For the next round of tournaments I’ll be switching to braid.
I seen some people this weekend picking up trash out of my local lake in their yaks. I wanted to thank them but they was in and out so fast I couldn’t get my line out of the water in time. Next time I’ll make sure to just yell thank you
Austin is actually filming again right now, so he will jump in an answer later. But, I will say that we don’t just fish them around the banks, we fish them (especially him) deeper and over brush piles and structure. Austin has caught them waaaay deeper than me, up to about 20-25’ deep
These baits around docks are deadly!! There’s not many places that I won’t throw a glide bait. If I can sneak it into a spot and and the structure/vegetation allows I’m throwing the glide every time!
Thanks for the quick reply! I’m just getting back into fishing and I definitely want to add these to my tackle! They seem very effective for sure! You definitely slayed them with it
