That's absolutely true. You need more/mouse control to play with higher sens. Even if you just switch to high sens for aim practice you will see improvements. Like anything it can be too high as well ofc.

I have not even tried high sence and new resulution becouse I think all the good stuff and mechanics about the game is a way for a reason.

I was using 1.27 800 from past 3 years but changed to 1.25 from last 2 and thats where I am at! Best!

Instead of rising my sensitivity from .79 and 800dpi higher, I just changed my mouse to wireless, bought large mousepad and made enough room on my desk. Now I move my body at least when playing lol

Im at 0.8. I’ve acctualy just seen a couple with lower than me becouse everyone is just coping instead of doing what feels best for their aim. You have not plateaued in any aim just a lot more retuards in game with retuard info. Its not like your sence can change their info. If you could play a fair game than the low sence will help you be so much better than everyone around you. And the higher sence only helps if you can see them through the wall having all the info or playing surf Maps like surfski2

I would stick to 1.5 if i was you. If cs has not gotten a aimbot in the game its should still be much easier to have high sence but i dont think there is a aimbot or aimassist in the game. low sence not easier to move but to have a stabil aim like you will miss the shots when you swing with high sence too. Its about the range and stability thats is much more important than having a turn speed. You cant also adjust your aim faster with low sence but you can in theory be faster with high sence but you will miss so many more shoots too. Its better to be stabil so your shoots are more in your controll than in chance alone. Its a tradeoff and you should not adjust it becouse of a silver telling you too but becouse you feel its still stabil and its easier for you.

It does not matter at all, CS uses rawinput so only DPI and sensitivity matter

Homie I also play pretty low sens (800, 0.8) but for what it’s worth, I think your sens is too low. Having such low sens degrades your mouse control. If you try going to 1.2-1.3 on 550 dpi and you can’t aim at all, then you know your mouse control is shit. I have tried going as low as 480 edpi (0.87 on 550 dpi) and it’s not worth it to gain artificial smoothness and control. There’s no reason to go any lower than about 1 on your dpi. Your aim will suffer in the long term in my opinion

You just play with 2 sence. You can just switch to 400 dpi and take 2 on the game and its the same and donk plays with 100dpi witch is acctualy 1 sence. I play even lower at 0.8 and have played like this since forever. You dont need to have higher sence if it ruins your stability. Only reason to have higher sence is if you play surfski2 or some combat surf map and always flicking constatly. You acctualy just miss more if its not stabil so if you Shake the low sence would not register the Shake but the high sence will just make you miss the shot.

@@christofferore6285 No I mean the surface of your mousepad. I play on a glass pad so it's way faster compared to something like a control cloth pad. 41.56cm/360 is my sens, not my mousepad size.

As long as you keep the cloth pad clean it will be as good. Like feel is probly better without all the force pushing against. There is some resistance that could be more like grip for the mouse. And it just feels better having your arm on cloth than on cold glass + easy to pack

@@christofferore6285 Yeah I meant to type 360 mb. It's just easier to understand that way because of different dpi, different Games etc. Cm/360 is just for everything. But yeah if you wanna know in CS terms it would be 2.5 sens with 400 dpi. I don't mind cloth pads I actually have one as well but I just prefer the consistency of glass. I perform identically on both anyway I have good mouse control. Glass is also really good for micro adjustments and tracking.

I also want to note that with out of match training you should be switching sensitity as much as possible to different values, as it helps your brain learn aim mechanics faster. You want to be comfortable with your in-match sens, but if you have strong aim fundamentals it shouldn't take long

You still can flick and play well with low sence, just move your hand further. You have much more controll at the exact posision and a lot less luck needed or a lot less unlucky moments happend. Your aim is so stabil a handshake would not make you miss. This is the superior way to play any cs game in my eyes and its why I always win the duels if you tards dont prefire me. Even tho i still can Get the instaflick cuz my aim sence just easier than yours. Making my aim more precise making its easier and faster. Slow is steady and steady is fast. If I see one more retuard make a video cuz they been playing like silver retuards with unfair information you will just stay bad longer. If you want high sence just go 3.5 or 6 like S1mple or woxic. Its not easier and it could make you hit the shot faster but you will miss a lot more too. The guy in the video explained that he will be talking about 400, as in taking it as an example and in the video you can see that it says that donk uses 2.5 sensitivity. 2.5 at 400 is the same as 1.25 at 800, but it seems most of the people have a hard time understanding simple things.

He's right though, In my opinion, you should experiement with sensitivities but I don't agree with this guy's Idea who's making It seem like higher sensitivities matter from his video title.
