Bro u got me practicing those skills this early morning so I could go show off my new skills this evening when we go play football, On the beach and for those who have questions I'm from the Caribbean, Trinidad to be exact. To be honest I love football but Unisport got me more into it as of lately because of those BANGERS they be dropping lately.

It’s easy to do the ‘flip’ but I always find it difficult to do the ‘flop’ and I kinda look like a flop.

What I found useful when doing hocus pocus is placing my standing leg a bit closer to my playing leg. That way I can do it while running and perfom it better. Also my ball movement is not forward but pushed to the side.

The Elastico is my go to move on game! And I love the hocas- pocas but it is kind of easy if you are stationary but is a lot more difficult when you’re moving!

sorry, but 100% dont need to learn anyone of these. and the hocus pocus is better as a 2 part hesitation rather than a smooth one move hocus pocus. :) the (if right footed) exaggerated and controlled right to behind your leg and planting on your left standing leg and accelrating and completing the second part of the hocus pocus is far more effective.
