Sadhguru is 100% right.. Sit for days on end and you will see what happens. Unfortunately most people cannot sit that long. They can physically. But not mentally because they are trapped in duality.
I prefer joy and it is so good to hear these words spoken as perhaps due to conditioning I would feel guilty if I still felt joy in the midst of the horrors happening in this world and realize now that it has nothing to do with not feeling for people, animals, etc. but there is no need to sacrifice joy to the crimes against Humanity and Nature.
