Absolutely it would taste great. I used to always make with stock (mostly chicken) until my mother straightened me out. Provencal cuisine is a simple one. Let me know how it comes out.

I was researching French-styled vegetable soup and came upon your video (which was tastefully edited and produced, I might add - bravo!). The dish looks quite alluring. I am off to the store to procure some items for the dish, so I really appreciate your quick response to my question. I'll report back with my findings.
These are getting better and better. The graphics, lighting, music. You seem more at ease, and its smoother. If you can work out the sound when you're outside that would be awesome!
