The number of teeth has nothing to do with the "stall speed" of the clutch. Changing or shortening the spring in it will increase the stall speed.

The tire sleeves are pretty necessary man. Ive built one of these before and the tires without sleeves have too much traction. The triangular geometry of a drift trike doesn’t allow for a turning radius meaning when you turn the handlebars, without the sleeves, the front tire usually will just lock on one side or the other and the vehicle basically will still just move straight with the front tire fully in the turning position. So the PVC sleeves allow for there to be some “give” with the tires, you actually NEED the low traction just to be able to turn normally On these things... some have a leaner Frame geometry which would allow for a normal turning radius, but very unlikely on a trike like this

Looks like it has no torque at all...Im sure you could TUNE that problem out though. There is something definitely holding that engine back....even hearing it cycle through its strokes...it sounds kinda LAZY lol maybe tuning the jetting on the carburetor, better gasoline, adjusting the throttle tension, smaller sprockets, less chain.....all would help
