i was doing a workout and did 15 reps thinking i was at my max. but then i said you know what ima try and hit 20. it was t easy but i did it. then i did 25 then 30. i dubled what i thought my max was. you have so much potential to be great you just have to work for it 👊🏽

I have listening much these videos. Its nice when cleaning same time home. Also its not about doing more than others. Its very much for me doing that what i want and like and need and doing more smarter than doing so much something. Its better to read 1 good book than to read 100 bad books. I think.
