Armour even if you upper in the pvp league and get the lvl 4 rune will can not use it couse your rune temple need to be lvl 4 or higher so yes is better to stay for gems

I think it is safe to refresh up to 5K to 20K, just stop when you have spent up to 50K gold... coz the prizes like maze coins are more than 20K gold... Just now i refreshed twice and was able to beat both teams... and got 50 maze coins twice --- consecutively. That is 100 maze coins i would not have had if I did not spend some coin.
