Oh, I will. I love Mienshao too much not to try and make it work competitively. One of my favorite teams from the SWSH era was the Mienshao Eject Pack Caly-Shadow one.

honest question, is poliwrath with baton pass, and belly drum good? in my head it is, especially if it's sash or something so it can max out attack then switch out

It'd probably be better with sitrus since getting brought to sash before you drum means the drum fails, and the hp halving of drum negates the sash saving you afterwards

How do you train to get those stats on those Pokemon like one has 188 in it's stats

For something like 188 Health or whatever: 18 HP Ups/Whatever mochi gives health and 8 Health Feathers. Or just calculate how many things you need to kill for the specific amount of EVs. But chugging vitamins is more based.
